We have two different rooms available for rent in a nice-clean house near Royal Skytrain Station and Metrotown Shopping Centre



Room #1: A large furnished basement room for $870.00 per month including Wi-Fi, electricity, heat and water.



Room #2: A spacious furnished room with a private bath (outside the room) and walk in closet for $1100.00 per month including Wi-Fi, electricity, heat, and water.



It is suitable for someone who works outside the home and mainly needs the room to sleep and rest.



The kitchen has a shared microwave, a fridge, kettle, toaster and some dishes, and is IDEAL FOR SOMEONE WHO DOES NOT LIKE COOKING.



Government issued picture ID, and half a month rent security deposit are required.



The house is located within easy walking distance of Royal Oak SkyTrain station, Metropolis shopping center and their food court, shops, supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants and public transit. 20 minutes SkyTrain ride to downtown Vancouver, SFU downtown campus, and Surrey Campus. 45-minute bus ride to the UBC Vancouver campus.



Absolutely no smoking/vaping/marijuana use inside or near the house. Please do not call me if you are a smoker. Street parking is available.
