Two large furnished bedrooms are now available for occupancy in a house at 217 Elizabeth Avenue, which is located just at the entrance of the Memorial University (MUN) St. John’s campus with one-minute walk to the university tunnel system. Each bedroom is for single occupancy. The house also includes two large living rooms, two bathrooms, laundry (washer, dryer, and hot water tank), kitchen (fridges & stove & freezer) and dining rooms. The house, with three car parking capacity on driveway, is next to a bus stop and close to Churchill square and shopping. No pet, no party, clean, nice care tenants, who are required to maintain a clean and amicable environment. This is a no smoking, no vape, and no marijuana household. Strong scents are not permitted pertaining to some allergies. The monthly rent of the room is $630POU and $650POU (pay own utilities). Lease and reference are required.
