Two BASEMENT rooms are available with separate kitchen and washroom. Rent is $1,500 for a family of not more than 3 people. Please discuss if you want to rent the rooms separately. Gas, water, and electricity bills included. Internet is free.



The rooms are furnished with queen-sized bed. No external furniture allowed.



The location (Eglinton Ave E/Midland Ave) is close to Kennedy Subway Station. Coin-operated laundry is available on site.



Smoking and pet are not allowed.
