We’re offering a quiet living environment, ideal for someone who values a calm space and enjoys independent living with 2 other tenants, ready for move-in April 1st 2026. Here are the details:


Rent: $637.54 /month (without parking) or $714.49/month (with paid parking)
Utilities: Hydro and internet are split separately
Move-In Requirements: First and last month’s rent.
Move-in day: April 1st 2026

Shared laundry (main lobby floor)
Kitchen and living spaces to be kept tidy and organized
Contribution to shared household supplies expected
