We are open to flexible lease arrangements or revenue-sharing partnerships depending on the location.

We are ideally looking for:

• 200 – 400 sq ft of retail or counter space
• Front retail visibility preferred
• Space inside convenience stores, plazas, retail stores, or condo commercial units
• Access for daily pickup and delivery service
• Ability to install small garment racks and signage
