Partially furnished with living room couch, area rug, coffee table, bar stools, and dining room table.

Large backyard with direct access to the bike path that leads right to Trent, or you're only a short walk away from the bus stop at Armour Rd and Dafoe Rd.

• Rent: $800/month per room

• 12-month lease (May 1, 2026 – April 30, 2027)
