The room also has a living room area including a loveseat, armoire & coffee table. It includes all of your utilities (heat, hydro & water) and it also includes high speed internet service. You also have your own personal refrigerator, microwave and kettle. We share the bathroom. You must be a very clean and quiet person. My neighborhood, and my home are very clean and very quiet. Non smoking home and no pets permitted. You must be working full-time, and you must provide proof of employment, such as pay stubs. References are also required.
