I have a bedroom available starting April 15th in the heart of Corso Italia (Dufferin and St Clair W). Clean and quiet house.

Single occupancy, only females please.

Furnished room and I can provide bedsheet, pillows and comforter. It has a large window and is very bright.

There is also outside patio for you to use.

You will be sharing bathroom and kitchen with 2 other females on the upper floor unit. I am the owner, a professional female and live on the main floor.

All the dishes, cook pots are for you to use - there is nothing you need to bring other than your clothes and toiletries.

24hr transit. 5-10 min walk to St. Clair W streetcar or Dufferin St bus.

30 min to Downtown

All utilities included. Free unlimited high-speed internet. Free laundry in the house.

Every two weeks a cleaning lady cleans the house which is also included.

No smoking, no pets, no parties & must be very clean. No sleepovers, shoes at the door.

First and last month required.
