Room is 8’ by 15' in the downstairs of an air conditioned, well cared for, raised bungalow with completely above ground windows. It has a full-size bed, is fully finished with dresser & desk etc. Has lighted cupboard, base boards and is carpeted. There is a shared side entrance, kitchenette and bathroom. Very fast WIFI and 42 inch LED TV. Cooking containers, pots, dishes and utensils provided. Shared kitchen/washroom. Cleaning supplies are provided (laundry machines are coin operated).

Hot plate, candles are not allowed in room by city as this is not an apartment. You may bring your own bar fridge. There is a shared microwave, induction plate, fridge and freezer in the kitchenette.

This is a modern well cared for home. There is a shared side entrance with three other tenants’ who also room downstairs. No non tenant quests day or night. Upstairs lives the landlord separately. Quiet all the time is important for us all.

Parking is $80.00 per month when available (first come first serve).
