Therefore, she is exempt from the landlord tenant act, and you would be considered a guest in her private home. For individuals who may have allergies, the owner has two very friendly little Shitzu dogs and an Umbrella Cockatoo.



The Bedroom is medium sized and the rental is for a (1) year duration, with a bedroom rental agreement which is required to sign, along with the first and last month’s rents required up front.
