Beautiful property to develop in Annapolis Valley, NS

We bought this property to develop our dream home on 2.5 majestic acres sitting atop the mountain looking down on the Bay of Fundy. We paid $40,000 cash. We bought a summer cabin (built like a fortress) 16' x 28' with an outhouse. Then we paid $12,000 to have a super wide mouth driveway, 175' long with a 40' RV off ramp on one side and another parking ramp on the other side. Then we paid $12,000 for a roof consisting of standard tiles (2/3) but 1/3 metal to catch pure rainwater into a 1000L plastic water tank.

We installed a new back door (with screen) and a kitchen window (screen). We installed new 4 x 8 flooring. We purchased a state of the art wood stove and installed a new Selkirk chimney system ready for WETT Certification. Taxes are under $300 yr. NS Power did a scope and marked where a hydro poll could be dropped with no charge electric to house.

At this point my wife & I realized this project for people in late 70's was going to be a bit much, so we're seeking an energetic buyer with vision to complete the job. 15 minutes from shopping in Midland and 30 min from major shopping in Greenwood. Our asking price is at a loss to what we invested so no wiggle room.
