These custom-built cozy log home cabin kits are the perfect way for you to build without compromising quality and style. In collaboration with Streamline Design Ltd and Lacey Developments, we built 2 different cabin packages which you can put anywhere in the world. We only build the log frame with Douglas Fir or Western Cedar. We are a sub-contractor, so you need a general contractor for foundation, plumbing, electricity and other trades. For $84000 (log frame), you get the Sasquatch (2 levels, 967 sq ft on the main floor and 435 sq ft for the loft ( 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms), that is with Douglas Fir. With Cedar, it is $ 96000. For $ 39000, you get the Twin Eagle (1 level, 624 sq ft, 1 and 2 bedroom options with Douglas Fir and $ 45000 with Cedar. Again, the prices above are only for the log frame. A total estimate for the log cabin packages with options is broken down in a PDF file, which I provide on request. All the cabins can be modified and adjusted in size. So, if you want to change the layout or add a basement or garage, that is no problem. We build the frame in 2/3 months in our yard in Salmon Arm. We reassemble the cabin on location in a week.
