Advertised rate of $5,499/month (CAD) applies to the 2 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom suite only, based on single or double occupancy, with a move-in date on or before March 16, 2026, and a minimum prepaid stay of 92 consecutive nights. A minimum stay of 28 or more consecutive nights is required for all bookings. Rates for later move-in dates, higher occupancy (3–6 guests), and/or month-to-month stays are higher — contact us for a custom quote. All utilities (hydro, heat, A/C, water) are included free of charge. High-speed internet is included free of charge. A one-time final suite cleaning fee applies and is not included in the monthly rate. Pet-friendly suites available — pet fee and damage deposit apply. Smoking is not permitted inside the suite; smoking is permitted on the balcony only. All rates are in Canadian dollars and are subject to availability.
