1500 Square Foot Lower Level of Waterfront Home

We are looking to rent the spacious lower level of our new waterfront home. Quiet adult(s) (no children) either working or retired who can show proof of income along with positive prior rental references. Pets and smoking are not allowed inside or outside the apartment. There are two walkouts to the yard, new appliances including fridge, stove, microwave and washer and dryer in the apartment. You have to be able to walk down the side of the house from the driveway to your apartment entrance.

We are 5 minutes from a convenience store, 10 minutes from the village of Omemee and 20 minutes from the cities of Peterborough and Lindsay.

The rent is $2200 (all inclusive except for internet and TV) and we will ask for 12 post-dated cheques for the year. You will be expected to pay a deposit of $2200 to secure the apartment (first month rent) and $2200 when you move in which covers your last month rent.
