LOOKING FOR FEMALE ROOMMATE preferably in her 20's.
My current roommate and I are looking for someone to take up the third bedroom. Tenant must be comfortable with 2 large dogs and a small cat. All are well trained and live on the property. Very cute and love cuddles! We are both employed and I attend university. We like to have fun and wish to find not only a roommate, but a friend. We do not wish to introduce any additional animals into the home.

1 ROOM (Upstairs) FOR RENT By March 1st!
All spaces are shared with the exception of private bedrooms. The basement bathroom is shared between only two of the tenants.

Walking distance to University, bus and other amenities. House has a LARGE fenced in backyard with patio furniture to enjoy the summer weather. Faces Nicholas Sheran Park, making for a nice view and unlimited street parking. Parking is also available by private parking in the back alley as well.

House has 3 bedrooms, yours will be unfurnished. 2 full bathrooms, one of which you will share with my other tenant. Furnished basement/rec room area. Home security system with keypad locks and outdoor cameras. House is furnished upstairs including the living room and kitchen area. Bedroom and bathroom (shared) can be furnished by you.

Rent is $700 paid by the 1st day of each month. First and last month’s rent is paid up-front to cover damage deposit. An option to share wifi with me is available, cost will be shared on top on rent. All other utilities are included.
