Hi! I’m Samantha. I’m looking for someone to join a shared home. My brother is the primary lease holder for the whole house. My brother has his own private 1 bedroom basement suite with his own kitchen and bathroom with a separate side entrance.



*You will be sharing the house mainly with just myself. More privacy, less noise and much easier to share common areas than living with multiple roommates in a house or apartment.



*Convenient central location. Walking distance to Banff Trail train station not far from downtown.



*The room can be fully furnished or unfurnished. I have an extra queen sized bed in storage. Please let me know in advance.



Rent is $800 per month $160 per person for utilities. Fixed price. Equally divided between 3 people. Includes WiFi, gas, hydro, electricity and rental insurance. Plus a one time refundable $800 deposit is required. Month to month short term agreement.



I am in my late 30’s and work as a Vet Tech Assistant. My brother is in his early 40’s and works on an oil rig out of town.

I have 2 cats and 1 friendly Australian Shepherd dog. You must be comfortable living with pets, as they share the common areas. No more pets.
